    Timothy J. Whall

    Chief Executive Officer

    Timothy J. Whall started in the security industry in high school while working for the family business, Whall Security, in Detroit, Michigan. Since then, Tim has held nearly every position from installer to call center operator, general manager, chief operating officer and CEO. Decades of experience span from his family-run security business to leading some of the largest security companies in the world, all while keeping his focus on the customer and ensuring their experience is second-to-none.

    Dan Bresingham

    Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President

    Dan joined the security industry in 2004 when he was named Controller at HSM Security (now Stanley) and since then has served as CFO of Stanley Convergent Security Solutions. Prior to HSM, Dan held positions at Arthur Andersen and PwC and Universal Access. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Dan received his MBA from the University of Chicago and is a Certified Public Account and a Certified Internal Auditor.

    Donald Young

    Chief Information and Operating Officer

    Donald Young joined the alarm industry in 1988 after serving 4 years in the United States Air Force as a Computer Programmer Analyst with a Top Secret Clearance. Since then, he has worked as central station manager, operations and general manager, corporate director, director of call center operations, VP of information technology and CIO. Donald received both an Associate Degree in Data Processing and a BS in Computer Science from the American Military University and has served on the Board of Directors for the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) for the past three years. He is currently the President of the Partnership for Priority Video Alarm Response (PPVAR).

    Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer

    Jamie Rosand Haenggi has spent nearly 20 years in the security industry in a wide range of sales and marketing positions. She had the privilege to be the CMO at Vonage prior to coming back to the industry and joining the Protection 1 team. During her tenure at Protection 1, Jamie is proud to have represented the company in winning several SAMMY awards, Call Center Excellence Awards, Bulldog PR Awards, website and radio advertising awards.

    Bob Dale

    Senior Vice President Sales

    Bob Dale began his security career with in 1983 as a Commercial Sales Representative for ADT and subsequently held several managerial positions, including national account manager, sales manager, general manager, and regional general manager. His most recent position was Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Louisville. Bob is active in his community and was selected for the Peace Award, which is an annual award given by the Hubbard House, the primary Jacksonville, Fla., abused women’s shelter.

    Vice President Human Resources

    Betsy graduated from Kansas State University in 1986 with a degree in finance. She has been with the company for 25 years and assisted in the implementation systems creating P1 into a national player. Among her many contributions, Betsy played an integral part in creating and implementing the Management Trainee program at P1, and has had eight employees graduate into front line supervisor positions.

    Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary

    P. Gray Finney has more than 20 years of broad, progressive legal and business experience with global, industry-leading corporations. He possesses multiple degrees in law, accounting and finance. Prior to joining Protection 1, Finney served as senior vice president, General Counsel and Secretary of ADT Security Services, Inc. Finney has also served as senior lawyer at Ryder System, Inc. and regional manager of SimplexGrinnell LP’s Gulf Coast Region where he was responsible for SimplexGrinnell’s business operations in Georgia, Alabama and Louisiana. Early in his career, he was a senior tax specialist at KPMG LLP. Finney, a former member of the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) Board of Directors, is intimately familiar with the strategic and day-to-day legal and business issues that confront operators in the electronic security industry.
