Setting up a Subscription
Predefined period option.
Submit once parameters are entered. Scroll down if submit button not in viewable window.
Select the time period desired and the Type of Report desired. Site Groups will be selected. Submit to proceed.
Specify Start and End Dates option
Enter the desired dates and highlight the Type of Report desired. Site Groups will be selected. Submit to proceed.
Set up details of subscription selecting format, determine recipients, specify days to run and time of day to email report. Start and end dates for the subscription will be entered. Save. Options to edit and review are available if changes need made.
Administrators can review subscriptions Recipients on their individual user window.
A user role can be provided permissions to run Reports or not. Each member of that user Role will have the same abilities. When adding the Report Option to a user Role you must drag and drop the Report Tab permission and the Type of Reports that role will be able to generate, onto the title for the role. See Manage users Section.
