Protection 1 Is a GREAT Company!

Friends of ours use Protection 1 in the house they live in now, have used them in the past as well, and gave them a glowing review. When the Protection 1 sales person and sales manager came to the house to meet with us, not only did they present themselves professionally, they were also sincere and genuine, making us feel like they really cared about how Protection 1 could meet our needs, not just about “getting the sale”. They made sure they understood what our concerns were and explained everything about the program and the company in terms of how we could work together to achieve our ultimate goal–the protection of our home. After meeting with them, we cancelled the appointment we had scheduled with another home security company … and signed on with Protection 1 that same day.

eSecure Is Amazing

Wow, eSecure how did we ever do without this technology. I have been with Protection 1 for over 7 years and just found out that they had a product available that would make my life style easy do to our demanding work and travel schedules. eSecure allowed us to have contractors, our house keeper, and even family members enter our home without ever giving a key or alarm code to anyone. I truly have control on who comes and goes at all times. The couple of dollars extra a month not only gave us piece of mind but assures me that now my home is protected and under my control.

A Better Choice for Me!

Thanks for your professional response to my equipment problem. During this and other calls your company has reinforced the reasons I fired [my previous home security company] and went with Protection 1. It Has Been a Pleasure Working with Protection 1

The service tech who came to our office yesterday was exceptional. He was on time, courteous and never disturbed anyone in the office. But that is not why I’m writing you. After quickly getting into our systems box, he knew exactly what he needed to do, pinpointed a recurring problem, which we’ve had other technicians look at but did not find a solution nor educate us on the way the system was connected. He took the time, explained the problem, the system hook up and was done quickly. He was professional and polite and a pleasure to have in our office. You are very fortunate to have an employee like this. Especially in this day & age where customer service lacks the integrity it once was. It has been a pleasure working with Protection 1. Tech Was Very Friendly and Caring Person

I got very good service and was doing a telephone surveyors when we got cut off but one of the question I did get was the tech on time. He was a really very friendly and caring person. He Fixed the Problem, and He Did It Quickly

Our technician, Brock Hanson, is awesome. He’s been here before. He knows what he’s doing, he fixed the problem, and he did it quickly. And he’s nice.I tried taking the phone survey but the connection dropped. Also, while I’m writing, the people who answer the phone service calls are terrific as well. Whatever tools you’re using to keep your employees motivated, please do not stop.
