Recently my daughter's house was broken into. She contacted your company and scheduled an installation. The alarm system was installed today and my daughter and her husband are very pleased with it. They have not been able to feel safe or even get a good night's sleep since the break-in. I am writing to you to express my and my daughter's extreme satisfaction with the installation of her alarm system. First, your alarm technician called us one hour before his arrival and told us what time he would arrive. He was on time and arrived in a clean uniform. He walked around the house with us and let us know how he was going to install the devices and how the devices would work. In addition to being very knowledgeable in alarm field, he also advised us on how improve our security by putting window locks on all windows as well as installing motion lights outside our house.
This was very impressive, since I never told him that I was a police officer for 25 years. He tested the system and showed us how to use the use it. He was very professional, patient and polite. He provided us with more useful information than the salesperson did. We are very satisfied with the alarm installation and will recommend it to our friends and family members. On a personal note, I am very pleased to know that your company employs our American veterans. Jason, the tech who installed our alarm system, stated that he just returned home and back to work from his third deployment to Iraq with the National Guard. This secures my confidence of American business and the fact that you hire and employ competent people. Please thank him for his service.

My fiancée and I recently bought our first house in New Orleans. One of our top priorities was home security. I am the district manager for several area restaurants and am familiar with security systems. However, I thought it would be best to shop around a bit on the internet in search of the best deal. I was interested in using a proven national company. Three came to mind – ADT, Brinks, and Protection 1. I went on all three of their websites. I compared all of the different packages for price and perks. I was surprised to see so many hidden charges. Even the internet specials had higher monthly charges. It is my understanding that Tamara reports to you as her direct Manager. I am sure that you already know that you have quite a gem of an employee, but I feel obligated to share my recent experience in finding a service provider for our home security system.
From our first interaction, Tamara showed a level of professionalism and competence that is quite rare these days. Having managed teams of people in my own profession for years, I know from experience that she is an exceptional employee and a person.
Tamara presented all of the product offerings that are available through ProtectionOne, was patient, not pushy in her follow-up calls, and once we completed the sale, still followed up to ensure that the installation had been completed as planned - then helped resolve a couple of minor issues that came up at the end. Her commitment to ensuring that I was a "happy customer" was very clear and is much appreciated.
I interviewed 4 different security firms at my home, one of which we had had service with at a previous residence for 7 years - I had planned on interviewing ProtectionOne only to compare price and product offering. Having found that pricing and products were still very similar, it was an easy decision to go with ProtectionOne.

I would like to start out by saying that along with contacting a supervisor over the phone, I would like to add that the courtesy, professionalism, and over all going out of the way helpfulness I experienced with your company via e-mail. My house was broken into and robbed sometime over 11-26/ 11-28-2009.
Customer service advised me that it being a holiday weekend getting in touch with a sales rep would be hard but that they would try. On 11-30-2009 I called again and was informed that a rep would be at my house at 1:00 pm. At 1:00 Mike from the office in Riverside Ca, showed up. Along with being very professional he expressed concern for my situation and did an outstanding evaluation and recommended what was needed without pushing things I didn't need. A morning appointment for installation was set up the very next day!!!!!!. At 10:00pm Carmen the installer showed up and began working immediately. Both individuals were able to do their jobs and take time out to have friendly conversations. After installation and setting up the E-secure account, I was having problems and customer service actually took the time to make sure that I understood everything right down to the last bit of information. All other companies I contacted did not show the same interest, helpfulness, understanding of my situation, and most important, did not act in such a quick response that your company did. I want to let whoever it is out there know that you have a very efficient business and dedicated workforce. THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!
