Limited Warranty
Limited Warranty. Subject to the limitations and exclusions in your residential services contract, during the first ninety (90) days after installation, we will at our cost, repair or, at our option, replace, any defective part of our Installed Equipment, including wiring, and will make any needed mechanical adjustments. We may use reconditioned parts for replacements. Our obligations under this paragraph are for your benefit only, and may not be enforced by any other person. The laws of your state may give you rights in addition to those described herein.

Extended Service Plan
Extended Service Plan: If you have subscribed to our Extended Service Plan, in lieu of the limited warranty described above, we will at our cost, and subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth in your residential services contract, we repair the equipment we install for the duration of your subscription in the Plan. Your participation in the Extended Service Plan will automatically renew for successive thirty (30) day terms at our then current Extended Service Plan rates unless terminated by either party’s written notice given at least thirty (30) days before the end of the then-current term. If you elect to subscribe to the Extended Service Plan after the initial installation, your System must be in good working condition at the time you subscribe. Secure Move Program
SecureMove™ Program: Should you move to a new home within our service area during the term of this Contract, we will activate a new or existing security system at your new location and will provide you up to $150 credit toward that activation. This offer is subject to the following conditions: you must have a minimum one year satisfactory account history at the previous address; you must be the owner of the new location; and you must sign a standard residential monitoring contract at the new location. The system activated pursuant to this program shall consist of the system components we recommend and approved by you at that time. Our services are not available in all areas.

Safety Net Warranty
SafetyNet™ Warranty: So long as you are our customer and current in the payment of your Service and other fees, should you suffer a loss due to burglary of your monitored residential premises, we will reimburse your paid homeowners insurance deductible up to $1,000. If you have a monitored smoke or high temperature (heat) sensor, we will also reimburse up to $1,000 of your paid deductible if you suffer a loss due to fire. Our obligations to you under the SafetyNet ™ Warranty Program is subject to the following: (i) payments are limited to one reimbursement per occurrence and two occurrences in any 12-month period, (ii) our monitoring center must receive an alarm signal from your Premises at the time of the occurrence, and (iii) within 90 days of the occurrence causing the loss you provide us (a) a copy of your filed insurance claim, (b) proof of your payment of the deductible portion of your homeowners insurance, (c) a copy of the declarations page from the insurance policy, and (d) copy of either the police or fire report documenting the loss. This warranty program may be modified or discontinued upon 30 days prior notice to you, and is void where prohibited by law.
