    The Multifamily 360 Wireless Alarm System includes features that make property management easier and more efficient by tracking maintenance and vendor activity.

    Our property management access tools allow property managers to schedule and program in-unit maintenance staff appointments without disclosing the resident’s personal access codes. To maintain confidentiality of access codes, each property staff employee is assigned a specific code that they use to initiate their access tool. This feature helps property managers plan maintenance time, track maintenance activity, and monitor units entered on a daily basis. Ultimately, this feature provides additional peace of mind to residents that their personal access codes are kept confidential.
